The Center for Photon Science at Uppsala University and FYSKEM/MOLBIO invites you to a seminar by Prof. Ingmar Persson. Swedish Agricultural University (SLU), Uppsala.
The Balder beam-line at MAX IV and the possibilities it will offer will be presented. Some of the research projects I am or have been involved in will be presented. This includes operando studies of organic reactions catalyzed by palladium in heterogeneous systems (the Heck reaction), sulfur speciation in wood from the historic Vasa ship, and speciation of environmentally important metals in soil and natural waters.
